UK Statutory Cancellation Information

This page provides information about statutory cancellation rights that may apply to UK consumers who purchase RayToldMe coaching services online or otherwise at a distance.
These rights arise under applicable UK consumer law and are separate from any additional contractual rights contained in the RayToldMe Coaching Terms.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, you have 14 days from the date the coaching contract is concluded to cancel the contract without giving a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
You may do this by email or another clear written statement.
You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you are not required to use the form.
You may request that RayToldMe begin providing your coaching services before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
Where required, we will obtain your express request for immediate commencement before substantive coaching services begin.
If you request that coaching begins during the cancellation period and then exercise a valid statutory cancellation right after services have started, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied up to the point at which you informed us of your cancellation.
The amount will be calculated in accordance with applicable law and by reference to the agreed Total Programme Fee.
Where applicable law provides that the statutory cancellation right ends once a service has been fully performed, that right will only be lost where the legal requirements for doing so have been satisfied, including any required request or acknowledgement from you.
Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, the contract will be treated as cancelled in accordance with applicable law.
Any reimbursement that is legally due will be made without undue delay and within the period required by law.
Where you expressly requested that coaching begin during the cancellation period, RayToldMe may deduct or require payment of the proportionate amount lawfully due for services supplied before cancellation.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the contractual cancellation and termination provisions contained in the RayToldMe Coaching Terms.
